Job Summary:

As a Marketing Coordinator, every day is different. Location: Lexington, KY,  Stamford, CT, Pittsburgh, PA (in a hybrid capacity)  

Responsibilities:

Support the Director of Marketing and Marketing Managers with the planning and execution of internal and external marketing campaigns, business development support, and strategic initiatives across NewEdge Capital Group.
Assist with the coordination and preparation of events, including national conferences, tradeshows, client events, and webinars. Attend events as needed.
Oversee the corporate promotional storefront, including the selecting and sourcing of promotional products, apparel, and client gifts.
Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors including photographers, production companies, event venues, and more.
Manage the planning and execution of social posts including but not limited to LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
Assist in drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting external and internal email communications, presentations, newsletters, and social posts.
Compile analytics and reporting for marketing campaigns and automation tools while learning to analyze and measure performance to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Support the business development team with recruiting initiatives. Assist with the onboarding of transitioning teams including but not limited to coordinating headshots, biographies, marketing materials, and special requests.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

4-year Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, including being polished, courteous, professional, and patient
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Willingness to travel on a limited basis to industry conferences and corporate events
Experience in the financial services field
Familiarity with content management and publishing tools
Experience with email marketing platforms
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
