Erin Corbett serves as the Chief Operating Officer of NewEdge Advisors, where her leadership has been instrumental in transforming the firm from a six-person startup into a national powerhouse with over 75 employees. Since joining the predecessor firm, Goss Advisors, in 2018 as its sixth employee, Erin has played a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s infrastructure, operations, and advisor support systems.
With a background in education and operations, Erin brings a unique perspective to the financial services industry. Before entering wealth management, she was a founding team member and Associate Executive Director of Operations at Citizens of the World Charter Schools in New York, where she launched two schools and built their operational frameworks from the ground up. Her early career as a special event manager in New York city and a high school teacher in New Orleans continues to influence her leadership style, which emphasizes mentorship, transparency, and empowerment.
Erin is a passionate advocate for women in finance and a dedicated mentor to her team. She fosters a culture of growth and inclusion, helping colleagues identify leadership pathways and achieve professional fulfillment. Her commitment to work-life balance and team development has made her a respected leader and role model within NewEdge and the broader industry.
Among her many accomplishments, Erin has led the implementation of a unified back-office system, streamlined billing processes, and revamped advisor compensation and service models. With over seven years in financial services and over a decade in operations, Erin continues to shape the future of advisor-centric service with innovation and heart.
Erin graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Sciences and a Master of Sciences degree in Sport Management while being a member of the Women’s Golf Team. She received and Education Specialist degree from UMass – Lowell. Outside of work, she enjoys raising her family and attending the sporting events of her four children Gavin, Eli, Paige and Callen with her husband Steve.
