Job Summary:
As part of a newly formed team focused on automation, AI, and systems integration, the Systems Integration & AI Solutions Analyst with NewEdge Capital Group will play a key role in transforming how we connect data, systems, and people.

You’ll help design, prototype, and deliver solutions that simplify workflows and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Conga, DocuSign, and Orion.
- Identify and implement workflow automation using tools like Zapier, Boomi, or Make.com.
- Build dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI using inputs from multiple systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
- Develop lightweight AI prototypes using tools like Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, or similar cloud platforms.
- Experiment with LLMs and prompt engineering to support real-world use cases and automation.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of a growing tech ecosystem, providing insight and guidance on best practices.
- Maintain clear documentation and support governance of integration standards and tools.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in systems integration, Salesforce, SharePoint, or business application management.
- Hands-on experience with at least one integration or workflow tool (e.g., Zapier, Boomi, Make.com).
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated interest in or exposure to AI, large language models (LLMs), and cloud-based services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, flexible approach to learning and building.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Orion or other financial services platforms.
- Familiarity with wealth management operations or data workflows.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or tools.
- Past experience evaluating vendors or leading system implementations.
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 base salary, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in the company’s bonus program.
