Location: In person at our Stamford, CT and/or New York City, NY office
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Intern Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of client and customer service.
- Accepts designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present during the internship.
- Engages with advisors, clients and other team members to provide service, marketing and/or sales, as appropriate.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating client reviews, marketing books, business analysis and investment reports.
- Integrates into the team and works standard business hours, taking on real responsibilities alongside full-time staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Successful completion of 1 year in bachelor’s-level program of studies
- Prior industry experience or relevant course work in the company’s division (i.e., IT, HR/legal, sales/marketing or wealth management) is preferred

Interview Process:
Our process has two steps. Candidates will be notified if they’re selected to move forward.
- Virtual Interview: Selected candidates will meet with our team virtually.
- Super Day: Candidates who advance will be invited to a Super Day, held in person or virtually.
- In-person dates: December 21st and 22nd
- Locations: Stamford, CT or New York, NY (travel is not reimbursed)
- Virtual option: Available
Online Assessment: Super Day candidates will also complete a 20-30 minute online assessment through Criteria Corp, a third-party pre-employment assessment provider. It helps us get a fuller picture of each candidate’s skills and strengths.
