Mary Jo is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a long track record of providing hands-on expertise across all aspects of HR disciplines. Mary Jo formerly served as an HR Business Partner for FedEx, where she was responsible for a large client area and workforce needs for over 1400 employees across multiple US facilities and their regional corporate facility. Prior to FedEx, her HR career included other HR individual contributor and management roles with Highmark/IMC (Industrial Medical Consultants), The Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and Allegheny General Hospital. Her primary roles included broad experiences in Recruitment, Hiring, Disciplinary Action, Payroll and Benefit Administration, Employee and Labor Relations, Performance Management, Engagement and Separation. Mary Jo is Masters level prepared with a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management.
